Number of Trademark Applications and Registrations in March 2007 in Taiwan

The number of trademark applications in Taiwan constituted 5,817 in March 2007, among which 1,247 applications were filed by non-residents. In comparison to the month before, a plus of 2,214 trademark applications was recorded.

The number of new trademark registrations was 3,119. 2,326 trademarks were registered for residents while 793 trademarks were newly registered for non-residents.
