China Welcomes First IP Arbitration Center

Recently, the first professional IP arbitration center in the mainland of China was opened in Xiamen. The goal of the newly established IP arbitration center is to solve IP disputes in a professional, fast and effective way.

Yet, the Xiamen IP Arbitration Center is at its early stages. The next step will be to organize a set of arbitration rules and a list of arbitrators which will be recommended to the parties involved for free choice. The parties can select an arbitrator of their choice, the arbitration procedure suitable to the specific content of dispute or even the place of hearing.
